sister's birthday yesterday, lunched at ricciotti, which is this nice italian cafe at riverwalk. okay, so the food's not that great, but i love the desserts there!
the preview...and what caught my attention
salad with prawns and squid and lemonjuice(cos my sister is healthy)
some kinda starters. think chicken tenders ala kfc.
this is linguine with tiger prawns.see the tiger prawns?
the lamb shank was nice, save for the broccoliand we moved on, to the main course...
ricciotti aka cheesecakeabit too dry for my liking, and not cheesy enough. but pretty.

cannoli which is some cream cheese and nuts wrapped in biscuitalso nubbad
all three together!

and the obligatory family photo. i like the reflection though.today, i learnt that clt can be quite fun, if you're comfortable with a C, and you really enjoy all the interesting informative quotes to be found in glenn. but more on that later...
