hi friends!

for those of you who still actually read this blog, hello! still alive! and happily wandering all over europe, which explains the entire lack of updates and photos, both here and on facebook. so far everything's been a blast and the food's been great, and i have like a million photos on backlog. i always meant to do a proper paris post since it's still my favourite city thus far, but in the meantime, i'll just put up a few choice photos and my famous one liners for each city.

the quintessential eiffel tower shot, paris is awesomely beautiful. i have a million photos of paris but i'm just too lazy to edit and upload them. soon, soon.

mont st michel, a must-visit, but overly touristy. pretty at night though! wish i had a tripod though... and the few days we were there, it was overcast and cloudy.

st malo, i couldn't find a decent shot of it, but it's essentially a walled city and all i can remember of it is seafood. loads and loads of seafood. and a beach.

nice! nicest town so far, cobbled beaches and blue seas, quaint, quiet, and great food

monaco, land of the rich people, where i realised i cannot make my fortune at the casinos, and that i must return to the cote d'azur when i'm rich in future.

amsterdam, the venice of the north, where i remember herrings, fried food in walls, bikes and canal boat rides. plus random red light districts all around.

charles bridge at night. there're too many things to say about how beautiful prague is, especially at night, so i'll just leave it at that. sorry the photo's so blurry, i was lazy to choose a nice one.

maria am gestade, church of st mary in vienna, where the view is simply gorgeous. of course, it also didn't hurt that the church appeared in before sunrise.

view from the top of st peter's church in munich, you can see the old town hall and frauenkirche from here. it's not as fun without the beer though.

neuschwanstein castle, the fairytale castle that supposedly inspired disney's sleeping beauty and cinderella castles. pity the sky wasn't all that blue that day. but it was breathtaking, especially from the bridge.

right. so that's my very hasty update for now, more photos to follow once i'm done with greece and budapest and italy, and berlin as well (which is where i am now, just in case anyone was wondering). and proper photos should follow once i'm terribly bored back at home, I HOPE.

wen was dreaming at 2:35 PM
